Quick start guide¶
Welcome to Clevr360¶
This guide goes through your onboarding process plus information on how to connect your services including Microsoft 365.

If CloudClevr manage your Microsoft 365 we will take care of the connection for you.
Welcome email¶
You will receive a welcome email from Clevr360 with a link. Clicking this link starts your onboarding process.
Warning
The link within the welcome email will expire after 72 hours. If you haven't been able to onboard during this time, please reach out to your account manager or the support team to send you a new welcome email.
login for the first time¶
Setting your password¶
Enter a new password when prompted. The password must be between 8 and 64 characters and have at least 3 of the following character types; - a lowercase letter. - an uppercase letter - a digit - a symbol
Retype your password, then click Continue.
multi-factor authentification (MFA)¶
To keep your account secure, you must set up multi factor authentication. An authenticator app is required on your mobile device, once installed, scan the QR code to add Clevr360.
Once added, click Continue.
Multi factor authentication - code¶
When prompted, enter the next code provided by your authenticator app. If the app counter is within the last 10 seconds, please wait for the code to refresh.
Click Verify to continue. If correct, you will be asked what data you are interested in.
Terms & conditions¶
As the first user of Clevr360 and a Superadmin you will be asked to view and agree to the terms & conditions. Once you have access to Clevr360 these terms & conditions are also available through a link at the bottom of the Dashboard page.
What are you interested in?¶
You will be asked to select from four options. Click the tile, then Save selection.
Each selection adds a set of Insight tiles to your personal dashboard. These can be changed once you are logged in. Click one of the four boxes, then Save selection.
Welcome to Clevr360¶
You are now logged in to Clevr360. The next step is to connect your services.
Connecting your services¶
Navigate to Connected services, from the right navigation bar, click Settings
Within Settings there are two options, Clevr360 users and Connected services.
Click Connected services.
Adding your first service¶
If this is the first service, you will see this notification.
