Manage users within Clevr360¶
You have full control over who has access to Clevr360 within your organisation.
Navigate: Settings Clevr360 users.
All current users are shown in a table.

User management options¶
Click the ellipsis to the right of the user you would like to remove from Clevr360. A menu will be shown.

Adding a new user¶
Click Add a user in the top right of your screen.
From the window that appears, enter the new user details.

- Email address - A valid email address format must be entered.
- First name, Last name - The first and last name of the user.
- Phone number - The phone number is optional and can be added by the user at a later date.
Click Next: Access level
Set the user access level¶
It is recommended that new users are added as Standard or Admin, with only a couple of users having full access.

Select the access level for the user, then click Save changes.
The new user will be sent a welcome email containing a unique link.
Warning
The link within the welcome email will expire after 72 hours. If the user hasn't activated their account within this time, they will need to be removed and added again.
Remove a user¶
From the menu options, select Remove user
You will be asked to confirm the deletion. Click Confirm: remove user
Removing a user
The user will instantly lose access to Clevr360 and any settings or saved data will be removed. This action cannot be undone.
Edit a users details¶
Note
The email address cannot be amended. If a wrong email address has been entered, please remove the user and add new details.
Click Edit user details

Make your changes to the First name, Last name, or phone number.
Click Save changes to accept the changes you have made. Or click Cancel to keep the original information.
Change a users access level within Clevr360¶
From the menu options, select Edit access level, the three access level options will appear.

Select the access level for the user, then click Save changes, or click Cancel to keep the original setting.
The users settings will be updated.
Locking a user¶
Locking a user stops them from logging in to Clevr360, and keeps all their details.
From the menu options, select Lock account.
Warning
This will prevent the user from accessing Clevr360 until their account is unlocked.
Unlocking a user¶
A user may have locked their account after entering their password incorrectly more than 5 times. You can unlock a locked account.
From the menu options, select Unlock account.
When they attempt to log in again they will be required to set up a new password.
Resend a Welcome email¶
If a new user has been set up within Clevr360 but they havent logged in within 72 hours, then the link in the welcome email will have expired.
A new welcome email can be issued by following these steps.
From the menu options, select Resend a welcome email
A welcome email containing a new link will be sent to the user.
Note
For safety reasons, the link within the welcome email will expire after 72 hours.
