Microsoft 365

Adding your Microsoft 365 service to Clevr360 will provide smart insights, analytics and reports across all areas of clevr360.

How to connect Microsoft 365

Navigate: Settings ➡ Connected services.

If this is the first service you are adding, you will see

Click Connect a service.

Otherwise, you will see

additional services

From the drop-down box, select Microsoft, then click Next

Sign-in to Microsoft 365

Sign into your Microsoft account as a Global Admin to accept a set of permissions that allow Clevr360 to provide Insights, analytics, and reports to users.

You will be shown a list of permissions which need to be approved before Clevr360 can interact with Microsoft Office365. All these permissions are read-only, Clevr360 does not amend, update, or send any information back to Microsoft Office365.

Connected service

Upon approval, the service will connect to Clevr360.

Clevr360 requests data from your connected services every 2 hours. Depending on when you connect this services, it could take up to 2 hours before you see any activity.
