RingCentral¶

Adding your RingCentral service to Clevr360 will provide smart insights, analytics and reports across all areas of clevr360.

How to connect RingCentral¶

Navigate: Settings Connected services.

If this is the first service you are adding, you will see

Click Connect a service.

Otherwise, you will see

From the drop-down box, select RingCentral, then click Next

RingCentral¶

A new browser window will open to the RingCentral website.

To connect RingCentral, you`ll need to generate a JWT token. To do this, follow these steps: 1. Log into RingCentral and click Credentials in the navigation on the left of the screen. 2. In the Label field, enter Clevr360. 3. Under Select environment, choose Production. 4. Click the Create JWT button. 5. Copy the JWT token. 6. Go to the Clevr360 browser tab and paste the JWT code into the text box provided. 7. Click Done: Connect RingCentral Your RingCentral service will now be connected.

Connected service¶

Upon approval, the service will connect to Clevr360.

Data processing times¶

Clevr360 requests data from your connected services every 2 hours. Depending on when you connect this services, it could take up to 2 hours before you see any activity.
