What's new - Clevr360?¶
June 2025¶
Release: 5th June 2025
This is a maintenance release, which enhances the back-end security and processing.
The release also includes the depreciation of Avaya and Mitel connectivity.
You will no longer be able to request Avaya or Mitel connectivity into Clevr360. Any customers with these connections will continue to recieve data and view the insights. The data will be available until mid-August when the service will be fully removed.

Release: 4th February 2025
This release brings some enhancements to the Security Assurance report, and some insights.Security Assurance Report

| Outdated browsers | Adding a new column to the Outdated browser table, that shows you which operating systems has been used. This will help to identify if the browser is been used on a mobile, Windows or Apple device. |
| Secure Score | Removing any completed improvement actions, so you can focus on what needs to be completed to improve your security posture. |
| Key recommendations | Making a change to how the key recommendation tiles are viewed. Aligning the tiles to make them easier to read. |
Assurance insights

| Assurance → Suspicious activity | The data provides an event type with no additional information on what this means. This release brings you that information. Clicking the info icon next to the event will show you more information about the event. |
| Assurance → Failed logins: Countires & Types | An update to the insight if there is no data available. Rather than an empty insight, it will now provide a reason for no data being present. |
Bug fixes
The February release also contains optimisation and bug fixes.
- Percentage calculation fails with negative values: This was impacting a small number of insights if negative values were being provided.
- No password expiry date: The Password expiry date within the MFA actity insight was showing "Unavailable". A new algorithm has been developed to provide this information.
November 2024
Release: 26th November 2024
The focus of the November release is to enhance the stability of Clevr360 and upgrade to the latest core systems. We are also include a new user management feature to help users reset lost MFA credentials.Resetting MFA
If a user of Clevr360 has lost their MFA credentials, Clevr360 now lets another user reset their MFA.
How to reset a users MFA¶
- Log in to Clevr360, click Settings, then Manage Clevr360 users.
- Click the ellipsis menu next to the user
- Click Reset MFA
- You will be asked to confirm your action
- The next time the user logs in, they will be asked to set up MFA before they proceed.

We continually review and test the systems and tools used to provide Clevr360 to our customers. This includes enhancing processes and upgrading to the latest version.

Security Assurance Report
When you first connect Microsoft 365 and add the Enhanced security insights, you will recieve a new Security report 7 days later. This is then updated and created at the end of each month, to keep you up to date with any security activity within your connected micorosft 365.
Key recommendations¶
Following the analysis of your Microsoft 365 service, the report will offer several essential suggestions to help you enhance the security of your Microsoft 365 environment.

Microsoft Secure Score¶
What does your security posture look like across your Microsoft 365 service? The report will provide you with your current Microsoft Secure Score, your scoring trend over the last month, plus a list of the top 10 highest-impact changes that could be made to improve your security posture.
Suspicious activity¶
Has there been any suspicious activity over the last month? Here you can identify trends then look at the Suspicious activity insight to drill down into key information.
Login security¶
Have there been any failed attempts to login to your Microsoft 365 service? The report will analyse your Microsoft 365 sign-in logs to identify any failed login attempts to your service. This analysis will highlight potential security risks, such as suspicious travel, MFA attacks, or unauthorized access attempts from suspicious IP addresses
Mailboxes¶
Here the Security assurance report provides a monthly over view of your shared mailboxes, plus activity across mailboxes with auto-forwarding rules and delegated users.
Outdated software¶
Are your employees utilising the latest operating systems and browsers? This report will identify any that need updates, allowing you to target specific individuals and request that they upgrade.
Redundant licenses
The overassigned licenses insight has been redesigned and now provides even more important information.

Any licenses that have been overassigned to a user, detailing which license they already exist in.
Underutilised licenses¶
Do you have any licenses not being utilised by your employees and systems? Any licenses not used in the last 30 days will be shown.
